Members of Prestatyn Running Club had a busy weekend competing in various events.
The club had competitors in the Chester Marathon, Cardiff Half Marathon, the 20th anniversary of the first-ever Parkrun in Bushy Park, London, and a Cross Country League event in Eirias Park.
The busy schedule meant the club's senior men were unable to field a full team of six for the opening fixture of the David Alun Williams North Wales Cross Country League.
However, the club was well represented with nine men over 65, including newly qualified Arwel Jones and Reg Jonas, and eight women.
Ben Thomas, Nem James, and Nicki Triggs were among the 6,000-strong field for the Parkrun event on Saturday, October 5.
On Sunday, they were among the 25,000 participants in the Cardiff Half Marathon.
The trio made notable placings, with James coming in at 1,262 with a time of 32.04, Mr Thomas at 1,288 with 32.25, and MsTriggs at 1,289 with 32.26.
Prestatyn Running Club members also participated in various Parkrun events across the region.
