ST ASAPH have fallen to their first defeat of the North Wales Cricket League season.
In the battle of the Premier Division's top-two, leaders Mochdre defeated defending champions St Asaph by 47 runs in a low-scoring contest.

Chris Mullock's knock of 40 was the highlight in Gresford's initial 141 (Jake James 5-15).
Then, Cai Pearson's unbeaten 42 proved pivotal in Park's 142 for seven, after they had been struggling on 98 for seven. Simon Perry bagged five for 28 for Gresford.

Connah's Quay are up to third after they ended Mold's unbeaten start to the campaign in thrilling fashion.

Hawarden Park's three-wicket victory versus Buckley continued the low-scoring theme, with Park's 66 for seven coming in response to Buckley's 65.
However, more runs were witnessed as Pontblyddyn managed to get the better of Brymbo Seconds by two wickets.
Brymbo's 45 overs yielded 169 for nine and Pontblyddyn then reached 170 for eight with three deliveries to spare.
