PRESTATYN TOWN FC let go of a two-goal lead in the loss against Llandudno FC.
The Seasiders took the lead in the JD Cymru North Game, at Bastion Road, through winger Michael Burke.
A second goal from forward Tom Hilditch looked to have put Prestatyn well on their way to a much-needed win, the striker lifting the ball over the goalkeeper after a counterattack.
They kept their two-goal cushion at the break, after a dominant first half where they threatened to extend the lead.
However, Llandudno FC were awarded a penalty shortly after play resumed for the second half, Danny Holland tucking away to halve the deficit.
It was now Llandudno FC on the front foot, and the away side's effort was rewarded when Theo Knight equalised with less than 30 minutes left to play.
Llandudno FC continued to apply pressure, yet it was Prestatyn who were denied a late goal after a goal line scramble.
The visitors would have the last laugh, with Alex Boss scoring the winner in added time to complete a remarkable comeback.
In a now-deleted tweet on X, Prestatyn Town called the result a "shameful" collapse.
The result leaves the Seasiders in 13th, with Llandudno FC creating some breathing space between the sides in 11th.
