YESTERDAY (July 14) saw two members of Abergele Harriers travel to Wilmslow to do their 10k.
In good conditions, Rachel Shipley ran an excellent race in a large field of more than 3,000 runners.

She finished as the 17th lady in 202nd position, in a time of 38:05.
Also running for the Harriers was Darren Blazier, who struggled home in 318th place in 39:52.
There was just one parkrunner for the club this week, as Anthony Howe travelled to Ruthin and finished in 87th position in 54:31.
