LAST Wednesday (July 3) saw three members of Abergele Harriers take on the Felinheli 10k, a mixed terrain race which takes in the Vaynol Park country estate.
This year, due to bad weather, the course was particularly muddy.

First home for the Harriers, in fourth position overall, was Danny Williams, in 37:56, a great time in the conditions.
Rachel Shipley produced another fine run, to be first female overall in 14th position, in 40:02.
Also running was Darren Blazier, who clocked 42:01 for 28th position and second V50.
