A TRIO of Abergele Harriers members travelled to Knutsford in Cheshire to take part in the Coleshaw Hall 10k yesterday (June 16).
Danny Williams continued his scintillating form, taking more than a minute off his personal best with a time of 36:04.
This placed him 52nd in what was a high quality field.
Next home for the Harriers in 38:31 was Rachel Shipley, giving her 98th position and 13th lady.
Also running was Darren Blazier who was 120th in 39:35.
There was only one parkrunner for the club this week - Anthony Howe attended the Greenfield Valley event, finishing 51st in 36:28.
