A COUPLE of members of Abergele Harriers took on the Great Orme in the Nick Beer 10k on Sunday (February 11).
First home for the club, running his first race in more than a year, was Alan Ilsley.
He acquitted himself well, finishing 71st of the 627 finishers in 44:33.
Also running was Anthony Howe, who crossed the line in 77:46 for 600th position.
The previous day, Anthony had travelled to Barnsley to participate in their parkrun; he finished 165th in 41:32.
