YESTERDAY (November 19) saw a number of members of Abergele Harriers take part in the largest race on the North Wales circuit, the Conwy Half Marathon.
A fabulously scenic course which starts on Conwy Bridge, with a backdrop of Conwy Castle, it then heads to West Shore in Llandudno before circling the Great Orme, finishing back by the castle.
The weather was terrible, though, with high winds and heavy rain buffeting the runners.
