A CRASH took place on the A55 in Conwy this morning (November 26).
This was in the westbound direction, between Junctions 23 (Llanddulas) and 23A (Abergele/Pensarn).
An INRIX report shortly after 10am said that the road was “partially blocked”, with queuing traffic due to the accident.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said at 11.30am: "We received a call at 9.44am this morning reporting a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the A55, westbound, at Llanddulas.
"Officers attended alongside colleagues from the Welsh Ambulance Service and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, and the carriageway was closed whilst the incident was dealt with.
"The carriageway was reopened at 11.24am, and the slip road from Llanddulas will reopen shortly."
