A STRETCH of the A55 was closed this morning (Friday. November 22) amid reports of an accident and "adverse driving conditions".
Traffic Wales said the westbound carriageway at Rhuallt Hill was closed, and the eastbound carriageway was partially blocked.

Traffic monitoring service Inrix was reporting that a collision occurred in the area.
Traffic Wales said: "Adverse Driving Conditions - A55 Rhuallt Hill in both directions. Westbound closed, Eastbound partially blocked. Take care in the area."
Shortly before 10.30am, Traffic Wales confirmed both sides of the carriageway have now reopened.
