A MAN and a woman who were charged with burglary following an alleged incident on Market Street, Holyhead in August have had their case discontinued.
Barry Kennedy, 35, of no fixed abode but from the Rhyl area, and Dionne Lyons, 41, of Usher’s Island, Dublin, have both had their charges dismissed.
They have been released from custody, having both been remanded following their charges being issued.
