IN A heartfelt celebration of Children in Need, Ysgol Glan Gele in Abergele gathered for a special assembly, sparking joy, compassion and unity across the school community.
The assembly focused on the importance of charity and the impact of supporting children with diverse needs, with staff and pupils reflecting on the value of kindness and the difference they can make together.
The Year Two pupils also took to the stage to perform a rendition of This is Me from The Greatest Showman.
Children embraced the spirit of the day by coming dressed in sporty attire and Pudsey-themed outfits, from ears to sporty headbands and colourful t-shirts.
Throughout the day, pupils and staff also took part in the “Bluey Dance Mode Challenge”.
Ysgol Glan Gele also raised a sizeable amount of money to donate to Children in Need.
These funds will go towards helping children across the UK, providing essential resources and support to those facing challenges.
A spokesperson for the school said: “At Ysgol Glan Gele, we are incredibly proud of our pupils for their enthusiasm, kindness, and commitment to making a difference, showing that even the smallest actions can have a lasting impact.”
