A PROPERTY on Prestatyn’s High Street has been let after it was vacated by a floristry business earlier this year.

The property, 98 High Street, was made available in March on a six-year lease via agents St Davids Commercial, to let at £12,500 per annum.

It was formerly the home of flower shop and tea room Blooming Gorgeous, which had been based at the site for just more than a year before confirming its closure on March 20.

On Wednesday (November 6), St Davids Commercial confirmed it has now been let, but could not disclose who it has been let to.

Before being taken on by Blooming Gorgeous, the property was home to Déjà Vu, a French café and crêperie, which left the site in October 2022.

St Davids Commercial described the property as a “very prominent corner café location situated on the High Street,” and said it “could also be used for a shop or office”.
