A VEHICLE was seized by police in Rhyl at the weekend, after a driver was found to have tested positive for cannabis.
The driver, a provisional licence holder, was stopped and found to have tested positive for cannabis.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "Not only was he suspected to be driving under the influence, but he was also not following the conditions of his provisional licence.
"As a result, the vehicle has been seized. A reminder to all drivers: follow the rules of your licence."
