FOUR men have denied drug supply offences after being arrested during a co-ordinated operation in Rhyl and Kinmel Bay last month.
At Mold Crown Court today (November 8), the following defendants all pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to supply cocaine, conspiracy to supply diamorphine, and conspiracy to supply cannabis:
- James Higham, 39, of Prestatyn.
- William Coxen, 58, of Rhys Avenue, Kinmel Bay.
- Kevin Harrop, 28, of Maes Y Dre, Abergele.
A fourth man - David Jones, 29, of Aquarium Crescent, Rhyl – also pleaded not guilty to the charge of conspiracy to supply diamorphine.
They will stand trial at Caernarfon Crown Court from March 24, 2025.
The trial is expected to last two to three weeks.
North Wales Police said that on October 8, more than 90 of its officers, and colleagues from the North West of England, took part in the operation which led to the defendants’ arrests.
Numerous warrants were executed at various addresses in Rhyl and Kinmel Bay, the force said.
