A CLOSURE notice has been placed on a problem property in Rhyl.
Officers from North Wales Police's (NWP) Clear, Hold, Build team and the Neighbourhood Policing Team yesterday (Thursday, October 10) obtained a 24 hour closure notice at a property in Rhyl.
During this time, anyone found in the property other than the occupant can be arrested for breaching the closure notice.
A NWP Denbighshire Coastal and Abergele spokesperson said: "A closure notice is one tool that we can use to protect the occupant from being targeted due to vulnerabilities and protects other residents from nuisance.
"If anyone has concerns about vulnerable persons being exploited by cuckooing, then please contact us."
