A NEW takeaway could open in Rhyl at a building previously used as a hairdressers.
Thananjcheliyan Ernest wants to open Nisha Fried Chicken at 45 Trellewelyn Road, formerly the home of Helen’s hairdressers until April of this year.
He has applied to Denbighshire County Council’s planning committee for a change of use from a hairdressers to a hot food takeaway.
The planning application, submitted on October 4, is due to have a decision made on it by November 29.
The site area measures 39.59 square metres, and is next door to convenience store Nisha Super Shop, and fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway Wong Sing House.
