A PARK in Abergele now has new equipment following a “recent upgrade”.
The play area at Pentre Mawr Park now has a new inclusive roundabout, new toddler swings, an inclusive basket swing, and new safety surfacing.
Conwy County Borough Council, which shared the above photos of the new equipment, said that work to install these was funded by the UK Government.
It follows the opening of a new event space at the park in July, which was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a “fun day”.
As part of the Green Gele project, the new event space was funded by Welsh Government’s ENRaW 2 project, in partnership with Conwy County Borough Council.
