Just six homes remain at a popular St Asaph housing development.
Castle Green Homes launched the Maes yr Haul development off-plan two years ago and have now sold the majority of the 130 private sale homes.
The remaining six homes offer a variety of two, three, and four-bedroom designs.
Two of these properties fall within the £300,000 price cap for the Help to Buy Wales scheme, making them an attractive option for first-time buyers.
The government-backed scheme is intended to make home ownership more affordable.
This month, the Home Builders Federation reported that more than 14,000 households had been supported in purchasing a house through the Help to Buy Wales scheme.
Sian Pitt, sales director at Castle Green Homes, said: "Our new homes in St Asaph continue to attract strong interest from buyers.
"The demand reflects the quality of our homes, our reputation as a respected local business headquartered close by and that this is a popular area where people want to live.
"What people perhaps don’t realise is that the vast majority of the 130 private sale homes have now been sold, with just six properties for sale.
"Another thing that surprises potential purchasers is that Help to Buy Wales is available – a lot of people think that the scheme has already ended or that it’s only available for first time buyers.
"The reality is that it can be used for people to return to homeownership after a change of circumstances or perhaps to make that next step on the housing ladder, providing they’ve sold their previous property subject to contract."
Help to Buy Wales allows prospective homeowners to secure a new home with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage, with the remaining 20 per cent covered by an equity loan, which is interest-free for five years.
Applications for the scheme are open until March 31, 2025.
The final date for legal completion under the scheme is December 19, 2025.
The homes in St Asaph eligible for purchase using Help to Buy Wales are the two-bedroom Oakley, priced from £199,995, and the three-bedroom Highfield.
For those seeking a larger home, there are three styles of four-bedroom detached homes available, priced from £346,995.
Castle Green’s new homes in St Asaph are located in an area with broad appeal.
Local amenities include a choice of schools, sports clubs, cafes, and pubs, with the North Wales towns of Rhyl, Prestatyn, Abergele, Colwyn Bay, and Llandudno all easily accessible.
