A £1,000 donation has been made by Rhyl Charity Darts League to help support homeless families across North Wales this Christmas.
The league made the donation to community group Helping Homeless North Wales on Saturday (September 28), which covers everywhere in the region between Flint and Anglesey.

Richard Kendrick, of Helping Homeless North Wales, was presented with the £1,000 cheque at The Sun Inn, Rhyl last weekend.
He said: “This is a huge donation, which will support so many local families living in emergency temporary accommodation over Christmas.
“We need money to pay for our Christmas food for homeless residents; I'm hoping more will donate (beforehand).
“It will help pay for our ideas such as Christmas dinners for them, and collection boxes for every homeless child living in hostels.”
