A PUB in St Asaph has said it is business as usual at its premises despite members of its kitchen staff leaving.
On Sunday (September 29), the kitchen at The Talardy, based on The Roe, was closed due to two chefs resigning from their roles.
But Marston’s, the company which runs The Talardy, said it has now re-opened, while the rest of the site has continued as normal.
A Marston’s spokesperson said: “On Sunday, two of our chefs left. We were unable to get cover for the shift, and therefore, we closed the kitchen.
“The pub and hotel continued to operate as normal. The kitchen is now operating as normal.”
The Talardy came under new management earlier this year.
