A WOMAN from Rhyl has brought together 28 different women from a range of backgrounds as part of her new book.
Ripples of Positivity, by Lisa Williams, share their stories to offer a glimpse into the lives of women who have overcome challenges and embraced change.
Each chapter offers a powerful story, from personal stories of perseverance and self-discovery to professional achievements and community impact.
Lisa, 38, said: “I wanted this book to be a beacon of inspiration and empowerment, especially for women who feel stuck, discouraged, or overwhelmed.
“Each story is a reminder that even in the most difficult moments, we can choose positivity and make a difference - not just for ourselves, but for those around us.”
The women in the book are based across the whole of the UK, from the south coast right up to Scotland.
One of them, Anne-Marie Jones, said: “It's an absolute honour to be a part of the book collaboration with so many empowering and inspiring women.”
Another, Amy Ireland, added: “If I can help one person by sharing my story, it will be worth it. I am proud of myself, but also nervous.
Ripples of Positivity is available from October 21.
