A PROPERTY in Rhyl is now offering supported accommodation to homeless residents once again.
It had been due to go to auction the following day.
A spokesperson for Denbighshire County Council said: “Working in partnership, the council and Sanctuary Trust are providing supported accommodation to a small number of people in homelessness services in this property.”
The property had previously been used by Big Help Cymru for the same purpose.
Sanctuary Trust Ltd is paying rent at the property at a rate of £25,480 per annum for seven years, with a break date set of July 1, 2028.
Per Land Registry, 35 River Street was last sold for £250,000 in December 2023.
It was one of seven properties in Rhyl due to be auctioned on July 30, but all of them were withdrawn from the auction at short notice.
