Rhyl Music Club has announced its new season of concerts.
Starting on October 2, the club will kick off its 78th season with a performance by violinist Harriet Mackenzie and pianist Peter Donohoe.
The pair, who have been performing together across the UK since meeting in Jersey, will present a repertoire ranging from Baroque to contemporary.
The opening concert will take place at Rhyl Town Hall at 7pm.
The season will feature a total of twelve classical concerts, all held at Rhyl Town Hall, Wellington Road, LL18 1BA, until March 2025.
Concert-goers can park on Water Street, next to the town hall.
Membership to the club allows access to all concerts, while individual tickets are priced at £15.
These can be purchased online or at the door, with cash or card.
Students in full-time education and under-16s accompanied by an adult can attend for free.
The concerts are also accessible for wheelchair users.
The following concert will see virtuoso cellist Robert Cohen and pianist Dina Duisen perform Brahms and Rachmaninov cello sonatas on October 16.
Cohen, who is also a conductor and teacher, is currently the William Pleeth Professor at the Royal Academy of Music.
Dina Duisen, who suggested Cohen join her for this concert, has previously made two successful visits to Rhyl.
The concert season promises to be a treat for classical music lovers, with a diverse range of talented artists and a variety of classical repertoires on offer.
The Rhyl Music Club continues to uphold its long-standing tradition of providing the community with high-quality classical music performances.
