A MAN has admitted exposing his genitals in Rhyl.
Richard Washington, 43, of Wilmot Drive, Golborne, pleaded guilty to exposure at Mold Crown Court this morning (September 19).
The incident in question took place on September 2, 2022.
Washington appeared at today’s hearing via videolink, having been remanded in custody.
He will be sentenced at Mold Crown Court on Thursday, September 26.
