A family-run estate agency is celebrating three years of success.
Elwy, based in Rhyl, is owned by husband and wife team Lee Anderson-Bryan and Marti Anderson-Bryan.
The couple took over the company in 2021 and said they have since worked "tirelessly" to expand their services and improve the client experience.
The estate agency has won several awards, including Rhyl BID's Best Customer Experience Award 2022, Wales Prestige Estate Agency of the Year - Denbighshire Award 2022/23, and Rhyl BID Customer Excellence Award 2024.
They also went viral for a Disney-themed house, which garnered global attention and led to interviews on BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Two with Jeremy Vine.
Marti Anderson-Bryan said: "We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved in just three years.
"Having worked in the business before, I knew the potential it had, and since taking ownership, we've worked tirelessly to expand our services and improve the client experience."
The company has expanded its property portfolio and increased its team to meet the rising demand, despite the challenges of the market.
Lee Anderson-Bryan said: "Our success is grounded in the personal approach we take with every client.
"As a family-run business, we understand the importance of making the right decisions when it comes to buying, renting, or selling a home.
"We treat every property as if it were our own."
Mr Anderson-Bryan is a time-served heating engineer with more than 20 years of plumbing and heating experience, having formerly run his own successful business before purchasing Elwy.
The past three years have seen Elwy achieve record sales figures and glowing client testimonials.
The couple attribute their success to their hands-on approach and in-depth knowledge of the market.
As the company continues to grow, Elwy remains focused on providing a personal touch that sets them apart from larger, corporate competitors.
They look forward to many more years of helping families, individuals, and investors find their perfect property match.
