Denbighshire County Council has received two major development applications for a proposed project on Nant Hall Road in Prestatyn.
The first application, numbered 43/2024/1248, is for Conservation Area Consent for the demolition of the rear office at 6-8 Nant Hall Road.
This is to make way for a new build extension.
The second application, numbered 43/2024/1247, requests permission for change of use, conversion, part extension, and part demolition of the same property.
The proposed mixed-use development would comprise 18 apartments, 5 holiday lets, a Café/Bar/Commercial Unit, an Office Hub, and car parking facilities.

These applications were revealed on the Public Notice Portal and members of the public have until October 2, 2024, to view the plans and submit any comments.
People can view the full proposals on the Denbighshire County Council website.
If residents wish to comment on the proposed development, they should write to the council by October, 2 referencing the specific application numbers.
