A CO-OP store in Prestatyn is set to be sold at online auction later this month.
The sop, at Ffordd Penrhwylfa, will go under the hammer with Allsopp on September 24.
The unit has been set a guide price between £875,000 and £900,000.

Despite its imminent sale, the store is let to the chain on a 15-year lease that ends in 2030.
Its listing states: "The property is situated within a densely populated residential area at the junction of Ffordd Penrhywylfa and Ffordd Pantycelyn, a main thoroughfare from Meliden to Prestatyn and Ffrith.
“Occupiers close by include The Jolly Sailor public house (adjacent) and One Stop in an otherwise residential area."
