Rhyl's own Dylan Gordon-Jones is set to star in Grease The Musical next week at Wales Millennium Centre.

The well-loved musical will take to the stage from September 2 to 7, as part of a UK and Ireland tour.

Mr Gordon-Jones, a member of the ensemble, can't wait for the upcoming Cardiff shows.

Mr Gordon-Jones said: "Being from Wales, performing in such an iconic Welsh venue is a real pleasure and definitely a highlight of the tour for me.

"I’m always incredibly happy when I get to come back to Wales and perform for audiences here, and very appreciative of the love and support they show us performers."

Grease is a well-known tale of teenage angst and love, centred on schoolboy Danny and girl-next-door Sandy, and promises to get audiences cheering.

After a summer fling, the pair are surprised to find themselves at the same school.
