THE home of a fish and chip shop in St Asaph has been placed on the market.
The Chippery, on Mount Road, has been made available via estate agents St Davids Commercial due to “our client’s retirement”.
It is available for sale, with a guide price of £75,000 premium, and for rental of £9,500 per annum.

St Davids Commercial says of The Chippery: “The shop is run by the staff, and currently trades for just three half-days per week: Wednesday to Friday, lunch and tea, and Saturday tea only.
“There is an opportunity to increase sales immensely.
“The shop area consists of a double front trading area for both sit in and takeaway, and comes fully equipped, with all equipment regularly serviced and in excellent condition.”
