PEOPLE are being urged to take care as the impact of high winds are felt in Rhyl town centre today.
In Bath Street, scaffolding has fallen from a building.
Rhyl tattoo studio owner and Rhyller Thriller organiser, Chad Jones said: "Watch out on Bath Street everyone scaffold has come down!"
In comes after the Met Office named Storm Lilian as strong winds and heavy rain hit the north of the UK.
Natural Resources Wales has further issued a flood alert for 14-catchment across the Welsh coastline, including Conwy where rainfall is affecting the area.
There have been reports of fallen branches and other debris on the roads throughout North Wales due to the high winds.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "We're receiving numerous reports of fallen trees and branches on roads due to high winds - we advice you to take extra care on your journey today.
"We've made highways departments aware and they will be dealing as soon as they are able to."
