Abergele's Emrys ap Iwan school celebrated high achievements in academia and performing arts on GCSE results day.
On top of a clutch of top grades for students, the school also celebrated one of its pupils being accepted into Sir Paul McCartney's LIPA Performing Arts School's Sixth Form in Liverpool.
Headteacher Sue Williams was thrilled with the outstanding GCSE performance of her students .
"Our young people should be very proud of what they have achieved," she said. "Their success is outstanding in many areas, which is a fitting reward for the commitment that the learners have shown.
"Well done to everyone who has achieved their qualifications and thank you to those who have worked relentlessly to give our learners the greatest chance of success."
Head of Year 11 Diane Garth added: "I am absolutely delighted by the collective and individual achievements of Year 11 and how they have overcome the challenges that they faced along the way."
Individually, stand-out results were achieved by Aayan Sultan who secured seven A*s and five A grades, closely followed by those who achieved multiple A* and A grades in addition to other qualifications, including Chloe Moss (five A*s and seven As), Sarah Bruckshaw (five A*s and five As) and Hollie Phelps (five A*s and three As).
There were also excellent results for Lily Humphreys (two A*s and nine As), Zac Berrill (three A*s and five As), Ethan Roberts (two A*s and seven As), Millie Giblin-Jones (two A*s and seven As), Megan Wood (10 As), Keeley Ananins (one A*, six As and six B), Carly Chesters (two A*s and four As), Sophie Millington (one A* and four As) and Cameron McGregor (six As).
The school also celebrated Lily Rickard's acceptance into the prestigious LIPA Sixth Form College of Performing and Creative Arts in Liverpool.
"We are celebrating the successes of all of our learners and all of the grades achieved," said Sue. "Behind every set of examination results, there is an individual story of commitment, hard work and resilience. We are incredibly proud of all of our learners and look forward to welcoming many of them back to our Sixth Form in September to continue their success. We wish everyone the very best of luck in their next steps."
