Friday, August 23
- DJ Kuta, Terrace at 1891, Rhyl – 12-6pm
DJ Kuta (Mike Lewis) is on the terrace for a weekend of music. Includes drinks offers, dishes, and cocktails.
Saturday, August 24
- Marine Lake Family Fun Day, with Rhyl Miniature Railway - from 10.30am
Promising “fun for all”, the event at Marine Lake will feature funfair rides, charity stalls, food and a paper plane competition.
Admission to the event will be free of charge, meanwhile.

- Prestatyn Rocks – 12-9pm
Live music from 12–9pm at the car park on Prestatyn High Street – also features children’s rides, stalls, barbecue, street food, and outside bars.
The car park on Prestatyn High Street will transform into a hub of excitement, entertainment, and delicious food.
This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, offering something for everyone in the family, with live music, children’s entertainment, food stalls and more.
Entry to the event is free, meanwhile.

Sunday, August 25
- Rhyl RNLI Lifeboat Open Day - 11am–4pm
A fun day celebrating the 200th anniversary of the formation of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
- DJ Kuta, Terrace at 1891, Rhyl – 12-6pm
- Prestatyn & District Lions’ Annual Duck Race at Dyserth Waterfalls – first race at 12pm
- Marine Lake Family Fun Day, with Rhyl Miniature Railway - from 10.30am
- Prestatyn Rocks - 12-9pm
Monday, August 26
- Prestatyn Classic Car Show, Prestatyn town centre
Featuring 400 classic cars and motorbikes.
The “run” for the Prestatyn Classic Car Show ends at the Beaches Hotel at about 3.30pm on Sunday, August 25 (100+ cars expected to be involved).
The annual exhibition started in 2000, and survived post-COVID-19 thanks to the hard work of founder Tim Williams and his dedicated volunteer staff.
The 2024 event will see a new class of cars be judged - classic Minis - as well as a new sponsor for the trophy, Debbie Twigdon-Williams, whose father John owned garages in St Asaph and Llandudno.
A vintage Crosville bus will be providing free trips throughout the day, with live music across the town for extra entertainment.

Tuesday, August 27
The last wrestling bouts of the season at Rhyl Town Hall.
Tickets are available from Rhyl Tourist Information Centre, or by calling the centre on 01745 355 068.
Town hall doors open at 6.30pm, wrestling starts at 7pm.
Wednesday, August 28 – Saturday, August 31
The Blood Brothers musical returns to the Pavilion Theatre in Rhyl.
