ENGLAND AND Manchester United footballer Harry Maguire made an appearance in Prestatyn on the weekend.
The defender stopped off at the CookHouse pub and carvery on High Street on Saturday, 17 August for a spot of tea with his family.
The pub gleefully posted about his visit, with Maguire posing for pictures with staff members and other customers.
The pub said on social media: "When Harry Maguire drops in for tea with his family."
A spokesperson for the pub told The Journal: "It was great, everyone was a little star struck.
"He came in with his family and enjoyed a meal and was happy to pose for a few photos afterwards.
"We have had a great comment on the post that says 'if the CookHouse is good enough for Harry Maguire, then we might have to go'."
Harry Maguire has earned 63 caps for England to date and has played in the Premier League with both Leicester City and Manchester United.
