AN AIR ambulance attended an incident in Prestatyn today (August 16).
The Wales Air Ambulance confirmed it had landed in the area at around 12.10pm, with their involvement concluding at around 12.40pm.
A Wales Air Ambulance spokesperson said: "I can confirm that the Wales Air Ambulance attended an incident in that region today (16/08/24).
"Our Caernarfon crew were allocated at 11:46 and attended by air.
"They arrived on scene at 12:11.
"Our involvement concluded at 12:41."
A witness, who took the attached photo, said they saw ambulances in the area.
The witness said: "I spotted the helicopter as I was leaving Tesco at midday.
"It landed on some grassland opposite Aldi, and I noticed that two ambulances with blue lights flashing were located outside AllPets vets in Prestatyn."
