A popular St Asaph housing development, Maes yr Haul, is reaching sell out with 90 per cent of homes already snapped up.
Just 13 of the total 130 private sale homes remain available, prompting a call for prospective buyers to act soon.
These homes, situated on Upper Denbigh Road, are being built by Castle Green Homes.
Initially, the properties were released off-plan in order to tackle demand before the display homes were opened just under a year ago in September.
Sales director for Castle Green Homes, Sian Pitt, said: "Our new homes in St Asaph have been hugely popular and we’ve now sold more than 90% of the properties, including the four show homes.
"While availability here is now limited and we’ve sold out of some house types, the final 13 homes offer plenty of choice.
"There’s a good mix of properties including two, three and four-bedroom designs including some eligible to be purchased using Help to Buy Wales."
The least expensive property on the development is a two-bedroom Oakley-style house, priced from £195,995.
These homes and others selling for less than £300,000 are eligible under the Help to Buy – Wales scheme.
Funded by the Government, the initiative set to end in March 2025 gives buyers the chance to secure a property with a 5 per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage, with the residual 20 per cent being covered by an equity loan.
This loan is interest-free for five years.
Ms Pitt added: "Designed to maximise the potential of the space available, the Oakley is an ideal starter home.
"There’s plenty of storage, making it a great option for a young family.
"It’s equally well-suited to friends buying together or perhaps someone living on their own who works from home and wants to use the second bedroom as an office."
The new homes are located in an area that offers residents easy access to amenities including schools, sports clubs, cafes and pubs.
Towns such as Rhyl, Prestatyn, Abergele, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno are also easily accessible.
The show homes at Maes yr Haul are accessible daily between 10am and 5pm.
