DETECTIVES investigating the death of a man in a fire at a commercial premises in Prestatyn have "eliminated" two men from their enquiries.
The fire started in the early hours of Monday, August 12 above a shop at the bottom of Prestatyn High Street.
A man died in the blaze, with police arresting two men in connection with the incident.
They have now been released without charge, and are no longer under police investigation.

Chief Superintendent Simon Williams said: "We have been working closely with our colleagues at NWFRS to determine the cause of the fire.
"However, two men arrested in connection with the incident have been eliminated from our enquiries and released without charge.
"Following a Post Mortem examination and further CCTV enquires, this incident is not being treated as suspicious and we are not seeking to speak to anyone else in connection with it.
"The matter is now in the hands of the Coroner and an inquest will be opened in due course.
"Our thoughts remain with the family of the deceased at this difficult time."
