A NORTH Wales man has been charged with two offences following disorder in Bristol city centre on Saturday.

Adrian Croft, aged 45 and of Holywell, was charged with a Section 4 public order offence and possession of a class A drug.

He has been bailed and will appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on September 5.

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has said the courts are on “standby” to ensure “swift justice” in the wake of unrest and disorder occurring across various parts of the country.
