AN ENCAMPMENT has been spotted parked along Rhyl’s promenade.
A couple of campervans are currently based on a grassy area alongside the prom, with a witness saying the first of them arrived two nights ago.
Another group of “Travellers” parked there earlier in July, while there was also a similar encampment at the town’s Morrisons supermarket car park last week.

The witness said: “To be honest, they’ve been no problem at all, really. They have just been sat outside having barbecues.
“They have been here two nights. It was originally one, but the other arrived yesterday.”
Denbighshire County Council has been contacted for further comment.
