THE first pictures of the food which will be served at three-AA Rosette chef Andrew Sheridan’s new small plates restaurant on Prestatyn’s High Street have been released.
These photos include a slab of prime wagyu beef, and desserts of chocolate and banana butterscotch doughnuts, and raspberry tart.
They will be just some of the options at Dishes, when it opens for the first time on Friday (August 2), and will be run by Sheridan and business partners Sam and Emma Morgan, of Open Restaurant Group (ORG).
