A ROAD in Rhyl has reopened following a "police incident" that took place this afternoon (July 23).
Kinmel Street has been closed following the incident, which occurred just after 1.30pm.
Police had warned people to avoid the area, with traffic building up at the time.
Police have now confirmed the road has reopened, with the incident cleared.
