A TOTAL of 60 Year Six students from Ysgol Bryn Hedydd, Rhyl have published a book of memoirs and illustrations, called “Our Journey”.
The book captures their cherished moments and experiences throughout their journey at the school.
This project was supported by author Lisa Williams, who guided the students in crafting their stories and artwork.

Headteacher Geraint Evans expressed his pride in the students' accomplishment, stating: "I am extremely proud of all the children involved.
“Being published authors is a credit to themselves and the school. Their hard work and dedication have resulted in a beautiful book that we will all treasure."
Lisa added: "It has been a privilege to work with such talented young writers and artists. Their passion and creativity shine through in every page of this book.
“I have no doubt that many of them have a bright future in writing and the arts."
Mr Roberts and Mrs Jones, who teach the Year Six students at Ysgol Bryn Hedydd, shared their excitement about the project.
Mr Roberts said: "Seeing our students pour their hearts into their writing and illustrations has been incredibly rewarding.
“This project not only allowed them to reflect on their time at the school but also gave them a platform to express themselves creatively."
Mrs Jones added: "The students' enthusiasm and commitment to this book have been inspiring. We are thrilled to see them achieve something so significant at such a young age."
Our Journey is now available for purchase, with proceeds going towards supporting future creative projects at Ysgol Bryn Hedydd.
