A MAN from Rhyl is wanted on recall to prison, having failed to comply with the terms of the suspended sentence order he was given.
Kieron Bellis, 29, also has links to Corwen, North Wales Police said.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “Repeatedly needing to deal with this type of demand reduces our ability to respond to other incidents.
