A PERSON has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving offences in Rhyl after "repeat offending" while behind the wheel.
The driver of the vehicle was stopped for using a mobile phone whilst driving, and failed a preliminary drug test on the roadside.
They were arrested on suspicion of drug driving offences, reported for using a mobile phone whilst driving and had their vehicle seized to prevent further offences.
North Wales Police said: "Following repeat offending through committing moving traffic offences we have seized a vehicle.
"The driver of the vehicle has this time been stopped for using a mobile phone whilst driving and failed a Preliminary Drug wipe at the roadside.
"Conclusion - driver arrested on suspicion of drug driving offences, reported for using a mobile phone whilst driving and vehicle seized to prevent further offences."
