AN OPEN day will be held at a property in Prestatyn featuring a cinema room, giant chess, a mini castle and more, which has been made available for sale and for holiday lettings.
The property, located on The Circle, is available via agents Tyron Ash, with offers of more than £850,000 being invited.
On Saturday (July 13), its current owner, Deb Moore, will be holding the open day from 10am-4pm, featuring cupcakes, prosecco and possibly a raffle.

Deb said it will offer people to chance to “look inside the biggest square-feet house in Prestatyn”.
She lived in the house with her family for 16 years prior to moving to St Asaph, having “built the whole place up ourselves”.
The property boasts five bedrooms, a bathroom, an American-style kitchen/diner, a games room with a smart TV, a cinema room, a swimming pool, and a front and rear garden.
Its games room comprises a snooker table, dart boards, pinball machines and more, while the cinema room offers guests the luxury of reclining chairs, and the bathroom offers a jacuzzi bath.
To its rear, the property has a second garden showing off quirky ornaments, including a castle tower and a knight.
Up to two pets are also welcome at the premises, meanwhile.
Viewings of the property can be booked by emailing Ben.cuncarr@tyronash.com or Adrian.wilkinson@tyronash.com.
