A PUB and restaurant in Prestatyn which shut last month will re-open with new operators at the helm.
The Ffrith, on Victoria Road, closed “until further notice” on June 17, but will be becoming back customers at some point in the near future.
Prior to closing, it had been run by Sizzling Pubs, one of 16 brands operated by pub and restaurant company Mitchells & Butlers.
While Mitchells & Butlers will remain the property’s landlord, the pub will re-open under an independent name, rather than Sizzling Pubs.

It is understood that the new leaseholders are experienced operators in this field, with roughly 20 other sites in their portfolio currently.
A spokesperson for Mitchells & Butlers, said: "We constantly review our estate and look for new opportunities for our locations.
“The Ffrith has now closed, but the site has been leased to a new owner.
“The team have been consulted, and we hope to redeploy as many employees as possible at other businesses we operate nearby.”
Signs were posted on the doors of The Ffrith, reading: “Customer notice – unfortunately, we will be closed until further notice. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
