A RESTAURANT in Rhyl has impressed in its recent hygiene inspection, being awarded a five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Fulla's Kitchen - Bar & Grill, at the former Bistro site at 215 Wellington Road, was awarded the maximum score following assessment on June 6.
The business’ hygienic food handling, which refers to preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage, was rated ‘very good’.
Its cleanliness and the condition of its facilities and building were rated ‘good’.

The restaurant’s management of food safety, which covers the system or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety, and confidence the food safety officer has that standards will be maintained, was rated ‘good’.
The business thanked their support network for helping them achieve the score.
In a post on social media, Fulla’s said: “So this happened the other day - another five star in the bag for our food hygiene inspection.
“Couldn’t have achieved this without a great support system - what a great start to a lovely weekend.”
Fulla’s Kitchen offers a range of international cuisines, with Italian, Jamaican and South African just a few, as well as drinks including cocktails.
