Promising “fun for all”, the event will feature funfair rides, charity stalls, food and a paper plane competition.
Admission to the event will be free of charge, meanwhile.
Justin Bell, of Rhyl Miniature Railway, said he is still on the lookout for stallholders to feature at the event.
The idea for the paper plane competition, he said, is that it will be held across the three days, with a prize each for the child and adult who can make one fly the furthest distance.
