A MALE was detained and had drugs seized from him in Rhyl yesterday (June 30).
North Wales Police officers were been conducting routine foot patrols in the centre of the town when the male drew their attention due to a “distinct aroma coming from his person”.
The force’s Neighbourhood Policing Team, in conjunction with the Clear Hold Build team, detained him under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act and seized the pictured items.
A force spokesperson added: “The male will now have some questions to answer following this proactive stop by our officers.”
