She said: “The principle in which Balance Heal Joy is founded on is that we all should make investing time in ourselves a non-negotiable.
“Our health must come first as it impacts every other area of our lives.
“My aim is to create coaching and healing experiences where people have the time and the space to connect emotionally to themselves, their goals and the life they want to live.
“Often, we know what we need to do to improve our health and our lives overall, but we still don’t do it.
“Through coaching, we bridge the gap between knowledge and action, by breaking change down into small manageable steps.
“The amount of health information now available to us all can feel overwhelming, and it can be hard knowing where to start.”
